I am an accomplished events, venues, and hospitality professional with more than 15 years of experience creating memorable experiences, managing large-scale operations, and building meaningful community connections. Throughout my career, I have successfully led public festivals, concerts, sporting events, conferences, corporate meetings, trade shows, and high-profile hospitality experiences across Central Florida.

Currently serving as the Events & Venues Manager for the City of Kissimmee, I oversee the strategic planning, operations, budgeting, and execution of city-owned venues and community events while fostering partnerships with sponsors, stakeholders, vendors, and community organizations. My background spans municipal government, entertainment venues, luxury hospitality, and media, providing me with a unique perspective on both the operational and guest-experience sides of event management.

Prior to my current role, I managed major events at Osceola Heritage Park and delivered luxury conference and event services at the award-winning Lake Nona Wave Hotel. My experience includes overseeing multimillion-dollar events, coordinating cross-functional teams, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction from concept to execution.

Known for my creativity, leadership, and relationship-building skills, I thrive in environments that require strategic thinking, problem-solving, and flawless execution. Whether developing large-scale community celebrations, corporate experiences, sponsorship activations, or venue operations, my passion lies in creating events that bring people together, strengthen communities, and leave a lasting impact.

Originally from Puerto Rico, I grew up with a deep appreciation for family, culture, and the power of bringing people together. Fluent in Spanish and English, I have always enjoyed building relationships and creating spaces where people from all backgrounds feel welcome and connected.

As a wife, mother, and community leader, I am passionate about creating experiences that leave a positive impact. My love for events comes from seeing how a concert, festival, celebration, or community gathering can create memories that last a lifetime and strengthen the bonds between neighbors, families, and organizations.
