Veronica Hanna

Veronica first started real estate while in high school. She became an assistant in 1993 to a Top RE/MAX broker in Prescott, AZ. Then in 2000 moved to Scottsdale to assist with another RE/MAX broker. In 2002 she became licensed and received“Rookie of the Year”for Prudential Real Estate ( now Berkshire Hathaway). Joined The Peggy Rauch Group with Realty Executives from2006-2009 .In 2009 The Peggy Rauch Group left Realty Executives to become their own brokerage. She then took the role as the Arrowhead branch manager for WestUSA Realty from. 2018- 2022 serving over 550 agents. Currently a managing broker for the North Scottsdale branch of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties.

An Arizona native, Veronica’s focus is on residential real estate although she has relocation and short sales experience.

Veronica is technologically adept she creates: Virtual Tours, Flyers, Postcards, Home Books, Power Point Presentations, and updates on social media including twitter, pinterest, instagram, facebook, and of course the standard sites of Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Homesandland.com, postlets.com, craigslist.org, Zillow.com, Listinghub.net, luxvt.com, oodle.com, realtywebtours.com, HomesandLand.com, Homefinder.com, and Dreamhomemagazine.com. Always researching and implementing any new marketing tools for maximum exposure.

Veronica works with both Buyers and Sellers and being from a large family and having two of her own children, Veronica is very family oriented and particularly effective when working with house-hunting families. When families are relocating from across country or across the city Veronica is sensitive to the kids and has an extra patience.
