Veronica Madsen

Experienced lawyer Veronica Madsen most recently served as general council and director of regulatory affairs for the Michigan Credit Union League. She started out with the league as a regulatory specialist, preparing summaries related to the state laws and federal legislation that impact credit unions. Following that, Veronica Madsen became a regulatory consultant for the league. In this role, her responsibilities included providing support services to more than 70 credit unions.
Ms. Madsen attended Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, where she double majored in English and communication. Continuing her education, she studied law at the University of Detroit Mercy, where she earned a juris doctor. Shortly after graduating, she gained hands-on experience with an insurance company as a claims analyst. She then moved on to a title corporation, where she examined the final policies impacting residential real estate.
Involved in community affairs, Veronica Madsen holds membership in the Upton Elementary School Parent Teacher Association.
