Hi there! Let me introduce myself. My name is Veronica. I’m a writer living in Stockholm, Sweden. I published my first book about profiler Althea Sang Min Molin (Änglalik) in 2008. Since then I have written five books about her. The second part of the series was nominated for Best Swedish Crime Novel in 2009. I have also written three detective stories with historical themes for 9-12-year-olds - the Sub Rosa series.

In 2020 I was nominated for Crime Novelist of the Year by the Swedish book streaming service Bookbeat.

In December 2021 the first book in my new series is published - Den svarta dolken - about art crime expert and auction house heiress Stella Rodin. The second book in the series, Den gråtande violinisten was published in the summer of 2022, and the third, Den blodiga tiaran waa published december 2023. I am currently working on book number four in the series - Den gyllene hämnden.

I live in a beautiful but drafty apartment that was built in 1909 together with my husband, kids, and cat. I am passionate about history, art, travel, food, and sustainability.
