Vesselina Petrova

Vesselina is Bulgarian by birth, Belgian by nationality, European by education and International in mindset. She has lived, studied and worked in several countries in Europe and the US. She is fluent in four languages – Bulgarian, English, Dutch, French and conversant in Russian and German. Vesselina Petrova holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics, a Master’s in Neurolinguistics and a certificate from the International Executive Program at INSEAD, France, as well as the international Talent Management Program at London Business School. Most recently, Vesselina headed the Global Talent Management function at UCB, bio pharmaceutical company. Vesselina has had a broad range of experiences at FMC in the fields of Organizational Design, Performance Management,Executive Assessment. Previously, she was one of the first Search Practitioners who offered clients a one-stop shop for cross-European search assignments.
