Vanessa Gillette

Hey my name is Vanessa and I am a 3rd year Marketing major at UGA! The Equestrian team takes up all my time, but there is nothing I love more than representing Georgia athletics! Growing up traveling and competing on the horse show circuit, I became known as the crazy horse girl. I still am the crazy horse girl... but now I get to surround myself with about 68 others on my team. My biggest fault is my terrible case of wanderlust. I spent 3 months last summer in Spain, where I studied Spanish in Sevilla and interned in Barcelona. Living on my own in a foreign country and interning in a foreign language is the hardest thing I have every done, but it was an amazing learning experience where I made life-long friends from all around the world.
