I’m a co-founder of Citeus, a startup focused on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and how brands appear in AI-generated responses. At Citeus, we analyze how AI-driven search systems construct visibility and reputation, and help teams adapt to environments where outcomes are hard to predict.

Alongside building Citeus, I work as a public speaker and advisor. My talks focus on evidence-based management, critical decision-making, and the strategic implications of AI-driven search. In advisory work, I help founders and executive teams test assumptions, clarify strategic choices, and improve communication under uncertainty.

Before my current focus, I spent more than a decade as an independent speechwriter, lecturer, and organizational consultant. I worked with founders, executives, and leadership teams on strategic narratives, managerial reasoning, and complex decision contexts.

My approach is non-motivational and evidence-driven. I favor substance over format, prioritizing the messy truth of which practices are evidence-based over the polished narrative of which should work.
