Hi! I'm Viki and I'm currently a student reading Engineering at Cambridge. Recently, I was diagnosed with IBS and so I've had to considerably change my diet. I've been advised to follow a low-FODMAP diet and so this blog is mainly a way for me to keep track of my progress. I'll be sharing low FODMAP recipes, as well as travel tips for those on a restrictive diet plus some restaurant reviews, again focussing on the FODMAP friendly options. I'll also be sharing a kind of diary as I go through the various phases of the diet and start reintroducing foods back in. Please feel free to ask me anything about the diet or any recipes!
