Managing partner of the law firm Rivière, Morlon & Associés since 1990, Vianney is at the head of a team 40 people including over 20 lawyers.

With the law firm, Vianney has demonstrated a strong expertise in real-estate operations with tax optimisation, with over 800 operations during the last 20 years and the bigger team specialised in operations of real-estate restoration in France.

Vianney’s activities are mainly devoted to operations of restoration of classified buildings giving rise to tax advantages. He has given advice on tax and legal aspects and accompanied a great number of operations throughout France. He is also in charge of validating and securing, from a tax and legal point of view, operations carried out in France and overseas, by private investors (companies or individuals) or real-estate professionals.

Vianney is also a regular speaker in conferences or seminars, in particular those organised by the Senate, or for public or private operators.

He also participates in regular trainings for professionals (land developers, financial advisors and wealth management consultants, etc.) on investments on national and overseas territories.

Author or involved in the redaction of legislative texts, Vianney actively contributes to the evolution of real-estate taxation legislation. His work on this subject matter includes :

- Writing amendments to the Malraux and Historical Monuments laws,

- Participating in working groups on tax niches organised by the Tax Legislation Direction,

- Participating in a budget supervisory commission led by the Senate for the Finance Law 2016,

Since 2003, Vianney regularly assists members of finance commissions of the Parliament on property tax aspects of Finance Laws.

Avocat associé au sein du cabinet Rivière, Morlon & Associés depuis 1990, il anime une équipe d’une vingtaine d’avocats et juristes au sein d’un cabinet de 40 personnes.

Ses activités sont essentiellement consacrées aux opérations de restauration en centres anciens ouvrant droit à défiscalisation. Il a accompagné, sur le plan fiscal et juridique, un grand nombre d’opérations de restauration immobilière à travers toute la France.
