Vibeke Gaden

My name is Vibeke Gaden.
In 2004 I graduated as a teacher and started to teach at Funder School in Silkeborg. Quickly I found it interesting to be involved in the school educational development close by. I started working as the IT supervisor, but it wasn´t enough. I wanted to be closer to the strategic decisions and I wanted to be a part of the best possible school(system). I began to educate myself in leadership and after a year as acting vice-principal at Funder School I knew - I had landed at the right place!
In August 2011 I started in my current job at Kragelund School as the general manager/vice-principal.
