About me...I am a Christian, I am a Mom to my two beautiful girls and almost any other kid who needs a "mom a la temporary"...I love a good sense of humor and can appreciate sarcasm, if thats possible. The glass is half full or the cup runneth over. “I, with a deeper instinct, choose a man who compels my strength, who makes enormous demands on me, who does not doubt my courage or my toughness, who does not believe me naive or innocent, who has the courage to treat me like a woman.” - Anias N I love my God and my family,my husband. I am so very blessed. I wish I was a better person than I am and I am my own worst critic. I want to be wise and calm and boringly normal but I am simply intelligent and I sometimes speak before I think. Normal went out the window a longggg time ago! I am a Christian and I still feel I can appreciate a nice glass of wine and not be doing harm to my soul. I sound prudish but I am far from it....I am just trying to do a better job at life. I love the lake but not necessarily being IN it....lol...just on it. Water is just relaxing to me. It was a learned love....I really love our mountains. Ky. Wv. Tn. NC just need mountains and trees. I finished my MBA and am learning and working on an wonderful non profit group " Friends of Bluestone" who help with improvements to a kids summer camp. It's a great cause and a great group of people to work with. Discipline is not my strongest parenting skill, but my kids have learned that honesty is everything...it has been some hard lessons with wide range collateral damage...painful is a word that comes to mind....we communicate and try not to yell....its important to respect the people you love....they are improving all the time and I am proud to see them grow up and become productive. Some times it's the easy way and sometimes it's the hard way, but they come by all of that attitude honestly. Lol. I love my kids more than air.
