I am poet. I have done live readings for over over ten years. I am currently working on my first book of poems for release in late 2012. I am also a specialist in "loose teas" primarily imported from the Caribbean. I promote a tea instead of coffee lifestyle and had tea parties before they became a politically fashionable. I am also third-generation expert in natural remedies and alternative medicine with knowledge passed on from my grandmother. I also host the GreenZone Radio Experience a popular radio show in the NYC area.
