From my passion for sweet things was born the desire to learn more in the field of bakery and cake shop. I have more than 10 years making sweets. From my passion arises the desire to undertake.

I am a small business owner currently living in Merritt Island, Florida, EE. UU. My business name is Violeta's Cakes & More.

On May 3, 2019 I was selected for the magazine Amazing Cakes Ideas under the category World's Super Versatile Cake Expert.

I owns Florida Food Manager license under Florida law and the law of Cottage Food for baking at home. I have courses based on pastry, entrepreneurship and continuous classes for my continuous learning in the art of sugar.
