She is an American Buddhist with a decade long practice. She started studying chemistry at college but never finished the course. Instead she enrolled in Portland State University where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business.

She grew up in a middle class neighbourhood in Arkansas. Her parents separated when she was small, but remained friends and provided a happy, stable home.

She is currently married to Corben Erin Cooper. Corben is the same age as her and works as a sales assistant.

Vicky has five children with husband Corben: Aleesha aged 0, Calvin aged 5, Stella aged 10, Brent aged 12 and Kara aged 16 at the time of this writing (2016)

Vicky’s best friend is a gallery-commisioned artist called Audrey Powell. They get on well most of the time. She also hangs around with a gallery-commisioned artist called Fred King. They enjoy going to the movies together.
