Hi,if you ever wondered how to lose weight fast and get an amazing abs, let me be your guide. Im on the plan to get to 12% of body fat in just 8 weeks, but if you have more time then thats even better,as the workouts wont be as extreme as mine. Lets do this!!!I'm 9st 6lb (133lbs) (60,1kg) and 20,5% of bf. !!! I don't want to go skinny, I lift every day so I want to get rid of fat, that's my aim obviously. My goal is to have a competition ready physique. I counted I will have to burn 2,200 calories every day! Yeh I know counting calories! No worries I use myfitnesspal :-) it's really hard to burn this amount of calories every each day especially as my prev routine was not more than spending one hour at the gym and keeping my workouts fast and sweet, so it's another challenge I set myself up! You go girl! Apart from that I have to eat clean #eatcleantraindirty and everyday consume 1g of protein for every lb of my body weight! To maintain my muscles! And not burn muscles while I workout but burn sugar and fat instead!
