I’m a seasoned Multi-faceted professional with 21 years of experience in IT Specialization; living, studying and working in international environments (US, Canada, Australia).

I’ve won many hats in my career -- Engineer, designer, teaching assistant, system analyst, developer, director and finally chief operating officer. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and to stand tall in complex situations.

Often, people think that opportunity is a matter of luck. I believe opportunities are all around us. Some seize it; others stand and let it pass by. I also believe that everyone has potential and it is the right work that triggers bringing that potential to the fore-front. I believe every mentor should help their protege by finding the right triggers and hence help them realize their full potentials. An average motivated team can bring out amazing results provided that each team member strongly believes that his contribution is valuable to the team and they collectively trust and value each other.
