Victor Aliwalas is a seasoned entrepreneur, executive, and strategic advisor. He is known for his leadership and investment in the telecommunications, offshoring and outsourcing (O&O), fintech, and data center sectors. Aliwalas has co-founded, advised, and led multiple ventures including Maximus Consulting Inc, WAGMI Solutions, WeCap Financial Inc, SOROS Security Consulting, and the Data Center Association of the Philippines (DCAP). He previously served as President and CEO of Multisys Technologies Corporation and Vice President at PLDT Enterprise.

Early Life and Education

Victor Aliwalas was born on September 7, 1983, in Columbus, Ohio, USA. He earned his degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Finance and a minor in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York.

Career

Aliwalas began his professional journey in the Asia-Pacific region as the Sales Head for a Swedish outsourcing firm, overseeing operations in Asia and Australia. He later led sales for the first Y Combinator-backed startup in the Philippines focused on tech-enabled BPO recruitment.

In 2011, he joined PLDT Enterprise, where he served as Vice President and Head of Customer Relationship Management for the IT-BPM vertical, managing a portfolio exceeding US$100 million. He also co-led the Hyperscale Data Center Team supporting global hyperscaler and cloud deployments.

In 2022, Aliwalas was appointed President and CEO of Multisys Technologies Corporation, a PLDT subsidiary providing software solutions across government and private sectors.

Following his role at Multisys, he co-founded several ventures including WAGMI Solutions, a boutique outsourcing provider, and NanoForge Technologies, a manufacturer of air filters and other industrial solutions.

Aliwalas currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer and Board Member of WeCap Financial Inc., an SEC-registered broker-dealer and trading participant of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), focusing on boutique investment and advisory services.

Industry Contributions

Aliwalas has advised numerous organizations on AI-based enterprise solutions and has facilitated multi-million-dollar mergers and acquisitions in the BPO sector since 2019. He is also a founding member of the Data Center Association of the Philippines (DCAP), advocating for the growth of data infrastructure in the country.
