Victor Okoroafor is a 300lvl student of Mathematics and Econmics who grew up with IT oriented brothers and got infected with the IT fever.He started learning programming theoritically five years ago but has only been one year in real application developement.while in his second year he developed a passion for statistics and mathematical modelling and has developed some statistical tools to aid in sampling and collecting survey data.
