I'm Victor. I'm an organizer, rookie coder, and follower of all things political.
I've had a few past lives as an Immigration Paralegal, Canvasser, and Neighborhood Councilmember. Currently, I'm an Organizer at NationBuilder, where I work with advocacy groups and campaigns in Latin America on leveraging digital + organizing. My hope is to share some insight from all these roles and bring good prose + good tech to life in this blog.
