Tonny's straightforward persona of one who likes to take things in his stride and in a very level headed manner, might at first throw you off-balance. He finds life quite exciting with its opportunities and experiences that it offers, things that he believes everyone should always make the right use of. His adventurous nature is heightened by the way he instinctively reacts to new challenges. Taking them on!! It gives him the zeal and impetus to work towards excellence, is an attitude he knows he has to maintain continuously.

One thing he firmly believes in is that everyone should always strive towards individual betterment, in whichever form it may be. Therefore he's never tired of beginning where others end, or going back and starting from scratch. His ability to see solutions where most might see solid dead-ends is always a welcome relief to his clients. His best motivation is when he come across a glass that's half full because he'll tend to believe the one that's actually full is somewhere in the vicinity.

In a sense, he sees himself as being quite dependable and practically bends over backwards to deliver on this. He can be 'disgustingly' cheerful and his love for restoring classic cars and rugby is only preceded by his devotion to his family.
