Victor Cheng

Victor Cheng is the founder of Integration Law Group. He has years of crossed experience in both U.S. and Taiwan. He is an active member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of New York, the American Bar Association, and Taipei Bar Association. He has litigated numerous complex matters in U.S. federal and state courts as well as in Taiwan courts. With years of varied experience in multiple jurisdictions, Mr. Cheng has the in-depth knowledge of the differing legal systems and is able to utilize his unique experience to provide cross-border solutions for companies engaging in international business.

Mr. Cheng began his international legal career as a Taiwan attorney in 2002 in a transnational legal war between O2Micro and Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. He assisted Monolithic Power Systems in obtaining an injunction order from Taiwan court. He has provided local and international companies with a wide spectrum of legal services regarding commercial and intellectual property disputes. Mr. Cheng also handled cross-border business transactions, particularly strategic investments and acquisitions.

During his legal career in the U.S., Mr. Cheng has represented several companies based out of Asia defending and/or prosecuting legal actions against U.S. companies. Mr. Cheng also regularly assists U.S. companies with prosecuting extraterritorial legal actions against companies based out of Asia. He has been extensively involved in all aspects of litigation matters and excels in dealing with the complex and dynamic interplay of issues that arise in complex litigation as well as those involving multiple defendants, cross licensing, indemnification, extraterritorial enforcement, and patent-related matters.
