Engr. Victor Chude (OSUMA AFAR)

Amb. Engr. Chude, Ifeanyi Victor popularly known by all and sundry as Osuma Afar is a phenomenal personality whose odyssey comes from within, shining from genuiness of character, purity of soul and high overflowing sagacity. A man of his words and hopes of many who carried himself with poise and great dignity without pomp, piety or ceremony.

Born on 7th April many moons ago as the first child of the renowned and respected Retired Education Director of Post Primary School Service Commission, Onitsha Zone, Anambra State, Nigeria, the legendary, Late Mr. Chukwude, Emmanuel Ikechukwu and Mrs. Maryrose Ndidi Chude. He hails from Odoje Village in Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria.
