Bishop Victor Couzens DMin. is a native of Dayton, OH. He began his public Preaching Ministry on May 12, 1991, at the age of 14 at the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Dayton, OH. His Pastoral Ministry in May 1996 at the age of 19 at the Greater Damascus Missionary Baptist Church in Dayton, OH.

Bishop Victor Couzens has been the recipient of several awards, a few are the Ohio Humanitarian Award, a member of the Governor’s Task Force on welfare reform, an advisor to US Presidential candidates, an advisor and counselor to Mayors, Commissioners, University Presidents, and Governors. Bishop Couzens is human rights activist, a community organizer for justice, and a frequent consultant on public policy matters. Bishop Couzens has also served as a member of the Northern Kentucky University African American Advisory Board, Springfield Township Strategic Planning Committee, National Heritage Advisory Board, been a featured guest on B.E.T, and a host and co-host on The Word Network several times. Bishop Couzens has previously been named “Bishop of the Year” by his Cincinnati Faith Colleagues.
