Victor D. Freelancer is my pen name and domain name of this website. Victor is my first name and "D" stands for "Design". My full name is Victor Hugo Cepeda, I am Italo-Argentino: I was born and lived in Argentina to 21 years. Of Italian origins from my mother (so I have dual citizenship), I am of the '83 class and living in Italy since 2004. My language is the Castilian (Spanish), but also speak and write in Italian and English perfectly. I Work as Freelancer Web Designer and I have a degree of study as "Technical Multimedia Designer" .
