Victor is an entrepreneur, prolific writer, social entrepreneur, passionate educator and an SDG advocate. He obtained his bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (B.MLS) degree from the Rivers State University, Port Harcourt.

Victor is knowledgeable in fundraising strategies, advocacy and Volunteer recruitment and management for non-profit organizations. Victor has worked for various NGOs and taken up leadership positions, which has led to various awards and achievements. He has earned valuable experiences and quintessential knowledge through volunteering, taken online courses, and attending local and international conferences.

He is passionate about environmental education and Child literacy. His passion lured him to establish the Elemchukwu Victor foundation and launching "Launching the Nigerian Child Education Project" a project envisions the reduction in the number of Out-of-School Children, enhancement of child literacy and provision of easier and innovative access to Education for Vulnerable and undeserved Children before 2030. The pilot phase recorded a total of 95 children.

In 2017 as an undergraduate he pioneered the Historic Rivers State University Environmental summit, an insightful and transformative environmental education meet-up still organized till date. He has also recieved 15 leadership and social entrepreneurship awards.

Victor looks forward to collaborating with universities in Nigeria for the advancement of environmental education and contributing significantly to the reduction in the number of Out-of-School Children.
