I'm the CEO of E2 Workforce Consulting.

My work centres on providing practical, business-focused solutions to employers on matters concerning labour legislations in Malaysia. I'm heavily involved in projects such as large-scale restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and right-sizing matters. I also perform work around high stakes workplace investigation, disciplinary and performance management and all other areas of compliance in employment matters.

Prior to founding E2 Workforce Consulting, I was the CEO of MECA Employers Consulting Agency.

My employment law experience spans across 18 years and I'm a regular speaker at Conferences. I've also been featured on BFM, The Star and Britishpedia.
