I am an Industrial Relations Consultant with MECA, a prestigious firm having a strong presence in Malaysia.

I specialise in providing solutions to employers with regards to matters concerning labour legislations in Malaysia. I am also heavily involved in projects such as restructuring of companies, salary benchmarking and comparative analysis exercises, investigation of misconduct in employment and preparing employers for domestic inquiries, union negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, end to end involvement in down-sizing and right-sizing exercises, managing poor performance, etc. Further, I am a regular trainer for any topic within the context of Malaysian labour laws.

Prior to becoming a Consultant with MECA, I was the Senior HR Manager of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort.
