I find it odd that, as a writer, I have a hard time writing something about myself. I know that this is a burden we all have to deal with from time to time, what with our many social networking outlets begging us to share and share and share every little detail about our lives. But that doesn't mean that it's easy.

So here's a quick run-down, while we wait for some inspiration;

Hi, My name is Vicki. I am currently enrolled at UBC in the Teacher's Education program after graduating from Kwantlen Polytechnic University with a BA. Before this decision to go back to school I was — and still am — a hair stylist.

When did I go to school before?

Right out of High School, which was a pretty bad decision on my part. I didn't care what I did, I just wanted to get my parents off my back about it. Who suffered in the end? Me. A waste of money/time and bad grades to show for it. But now, with one career (of nine, if you listen to the experts) under my belt, I'm excited for the next adventure.
