Victoria Avila

Victoria Avila is a junior Texas Tech student at the Rawls college of Business. She is majoring in Finance and a minor in Personal Financial Planning. Her anticipated graduation date is May 2016. She was born and raised in Hebbronville, Texas. She is a member of the Texas Tech Professional organization Women in Business which promotes women's success in the work world. She is apart of the minorities in STEAM, who mentor and recruit minorities in south Texas to leave their comfit zone for higher education. In her future career endeavors she would like to work for Wells Fargo, ConocoPhillips, Farmers Insurance, any trusted finance or financial advisory firm.

What sets Victoria aside from the rest is that she knows how to work hard outside of her comfort zone and is highly motivated to achieve her goals.
