Victoria Chenard

I started baking when I was very young and knew that it was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I baked for friends and family as much as I could throughout middle and high school. It was in high school that I decided I wanted to open my own bakery. In college I started my own baking business to get a name for my self and to get as much practice as I can. I also work for the Ethan Allen Hotel where I am a banquet server. Working in events at a Hotel has taught me not only about customer satisfacton, but also being in a kitchen has reassured me that this is what I want to do. In the future, I hope go culinary school in France to really master pastry arts. I know that it may take a while for me to get where I want to be, but my drive and passion for baking will lead me to my dream of my own bakery.
