Victoria Phillips

I'm Victoria Phillips from Rabun County, Georgia. I went to high school at Rabun County High. I am now a Psych major on a Pre-med track at the University of Georgia. I was born in Miami, Florida and lived in Thailand until I was 5. We then I moved to Georgia. I was active in the healthcare organization in my high school (HOSA) and student government serving at Vice President of my junior and senior classs.
