Victoria Arch, PhD

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, I have a deep love for the natural world. I learned about the intricacies of environmental science and policy through an Earth Systems B.S. at Stanford, which I followed with a Ph.D. in Biology from UCLA. During my dissertation field research in rural Southeast Asia, I finally fully recognized the intimate relationship between poverty and environmental degradation. I believe that triple bottom-line business, focused on sustainable economic returns, social good and environmental stewardship, has the potential to make a true and lasting impact on the planet. I want to help make triple bottom-line business the new normal.
