I am a career services professional with over ten years experience as Assistant Director of Career Development at a private liberal arts college in New York City.

I have coached thousands of graduating seniors as well as alumni and career changers through the entire process, providing guidance as they navigate through effective career searches. Once I came on board at Career Services USA, I started managing our blog and writing posts to provide tips to job seekers and develop relationships among potential clients.

My coaching approach is intuitive and nurturing yet practical and driven to high achievement. I love working with job seekers and providing highly customized feedback and recommendations, coaching them towards pinpointing their strengths and career interests.

Highly accustomed to wearing "different hats"., I'm known for my experience in event planning, program management, and workshop facilitation. I have several years of experience in presenting training workshops on Resume and Cover Letter Writing, Internship Search, Job Search, Career Exploration, Professional Online Image, Work-Appropriate Dress, Interviewing Techniques and Preparation, and Graduate School Search.

As a professional in higher education, I have been a member in one of the leading professional associations for career counselors: Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE) and served in several leadership roles: Co-chair of the Road Trips to the Real World program, Co-chair of the Diversity Advancement Committee, and the Annual Conference Entertainment Committee.

In addition to my resume writing and editing expertise, I am a life coach. Using my skills for communication, empathy, and listening, my interactions with clients insight and help break through roadblocks so they can aspire to their best potential.

When I'm not entrenched in the world of (finding) work, I enjoy cooking (particularly by doctoring up recipes to make them my "own"), dancing (cultural dances are my favorites), going to live music performances, and learning about other cultures.
