Dr. Victoria Grady is an Assistant Professorial Lecturer at The George Washington University in Washington D.C. Dr. Grady continues to build upon the validated tool, the LOE Index, which provides an analytic metric for all types of organizational change. Her consulting practice includes the Federal Government and Private Organizations.

Victoria M Grady co-authored the recently published book "The Pivot Point: Success in Organizational Change", (www.amazon.com) and is presently contributing to a multi-author book manuscript on the international dynamics in family businesses.
