Originally from the Philadelphia metropolitan area, Victoria has a passion for culinary arts, journalism, social media, and customer relationship management. She received her education at the world renowned Culinary Institute of America where she received her Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPS) degrees in Culinary Arts Management. Upon graduating, Victoria continued her education at the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at Rutgers University while working for Stephen Starr’s hospitality group in Philadelphia. During this time she worked in Breslow Partners - a Philadelphia firm specializing in public relations and brand management.

In 2010, Victoria moved to Washington, D.C to help open CapMac, one of the first food trucks in Washington D.C. Her aggressive social media strategies and expert customer relationship management helped to skyrocket the truck to national acclaim, and is considered among the best in the country.

Victoria is well known in the food truck community in DC, and is the Social Media “Ringmaster” of The Food Truck Association of Metropolitan Washington. The organization represents over 70 food truck owners and operators, and has grown to be tremendously popular with DC residents and employees. Additionally, Victoria consults potential and current food truck owners with operational, culinary, and/or social media related topics.

Although she known for works with food trucks, her background in hospitality, restaurant operations, and social media has since enabled her to partner with and consult different local businesses; Urban Delivery (mobile app) Jeff Myers Photography, and Warren Brown - the former Food Network personality and owner of the Cakelove, a bakery with 6 different locations in the tristate area. Victoria has also developed accredited social media & hospitality internship programs for George Washington University and George Mason University this year, both internships are currently filled.
