Hi, my name is Victoria and since you're reading this you can tell that I am the writer behind this thought-provoking blog. I am a first generation African American student from a large town in Connecticut. I am specifically from Ghana which is in West Africa and have actually lived there for a couple of months. I am 18, not really that social but am very passionate women's rights mainly the right to be in control of our lives. I strongly dislike when people choose to be ignorant about the word feminism and truly wish to stay misinformed and believe the stereotype.
