Victoria Rollins

I am currently a Senior Training Specialist for Medidata Solutions, a global technology company that provides Software as a Service solutions for clinical trials. Our customers are pharmaceutical companies and other organizations that conduct clinical studies; that is, studies involving human subjects to see if a new treatment is safe and effective before it is made generally available to the public. Our purpose is to increase the efficiency and quality of these trials through innovative, web-based solutions. We design our software to be easily used by non-technical people, like business and medical professionals, and it does not require assistance by computer experts. We have multiple products that help the researchers and the doctors who actually conduct the clinical trials. Our solutions include products used for data collection and management; trial management including budgeting; and communications among the trial team.

I have worked as a trainer in the Pharmaceutical industry since graduating from Rutgers College at Rutgers University, in 2007. I am also experienced in project management, organizational development, SOP writing and editing, customer service, and workflow analysis and improvement. I have recently begun work on a Master's in Adult Education from Penn State University.

When not at work, I love college football, knitting, craft beer, baking, travel, volunteering, and spending time with my friends!
