Ms. Saucier is a highly accomplished and strategic leader with over 30 years of diversified experience in venture capital structuring, M&A, real estate, and disruptive innovations. Throughout her distinguished career, she has successfully led companies at various stages of growth, from inception to a successful exit, making her an expert in navigating complex business environments.
Ms. Saucier is a seasoned board member and has served on various boards of directors and board committees, including governance, technology, and compensation committees. Currently, she advises and serves on the boards of Humanax Acquisitions, Citdex Applied Venture and Growth Capital Fund, S7Clear and International Exchange Trade Board.
As a proponent of equitable and inclusive business practices, Ms. Saucier firmly believes in the importance of sustainable business practices and encourages companies to act as responsible stewards. She is a passionate advocate for creating a more engaged and inspired workforce, motivating others to realize their full potential and make significant contributions to their organizations.
Ms. Saucier presently holds the position of a Managing Director at Ignite 500 Impact Fund, an investment firm that has a diverse portfolio across several industries, including technology and healthcare. Additionally, she serves as the CEO of Humanax Acquisitions and is the Founder and Investor of Gainfy Healthcare Systems (GHS). Before her current engagements, Ms. Saucier served as the CEO of Fortune 5000, a commercial real estate development and asset management firm. She commenced her career as the President of Saucier Financial Group, a financial services and insurance brokerage firm, which she established and subsequently sold to Allstate Investments (NYSE: ALL).
Ms. Saucier strongly believes in investing in the future of humanity through education and empowerment initiatives. She currently serves as a board member for the Dream Forward Foundation, as well as Miracle Lives, a global charitable project helping displaced by war ukrainian children to overcome social isolation and emotional suffering and achieve their full potential.
Ms. Saucier possesses a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Managerial Economics, Linguistics, and Psychology from Kiev National University. In addition, she has pursued studies in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Management and Operations at Cal State University, as well as Leadership Foundational Principles at Harvard.
