Victoria Saucier

Ms. Saucier is a highly accomplished and strategic leader with over 30 years of diverse experience in venture capital structuring, real estate, and disruptive innovations. She has founded and advised companies, served on boards, and successfully guided organizations through every stage of growth—from inception to exit. With a deep understanding of complex business landscapes, she excels at navigating challenges, fostering innovation, and driving sustainable success.

With a passion for humanitarian efforts, Ms. Saucier dedicates herself to projects that create opportunities for those in need. She currently serves as Chair of the Board at Miracle Lives, a global relief effort focused on assisting Ukrainian children and women displaced by war.

Driven by a broader vision of impact, Ms. Saucier played an instrumental role at Ignite 500 Impact Fund, shaping its strategic direction and investment initiatives to foster innovation and long-term value creation.

Her leadership experience spans various sectors, having served as CEO of Humanax Acquisitions and as the founder and investor of Gainfy Healthcare Systems (GHS). Additionally, she led Fortune 5000 Inc., a real estate development and asset management firm, as its CEO, overseeing large-scale projects and investment strategies. Ms. Saucier began her career as the President of Saucier Financial Group, a firm she founded and successfully expanded before its acquisition by Allstate Investments (NYSE: ALL).

Ms. Saucier possesses a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Managerial Economics, Linguistics, and Psychology from Kiev National University. In addition, she has pursued studies in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Management and Operations at Cal State University, as well as Leadership Foundational Principles at Harvard. She is proficient in four languages, enabling her to navigate diverse cultural and business environments with ease.
