Victor Koosh

Victor Koosh is CEO of Caesar Systems and a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the petroleum, high technology, education, and export industries. Victor works toward simplicity. By using teamwork to integrate various perspectives he seeks to illuminate opportunities. Victor previously co-founded and served as CEO of Meedio, LLC., a premier provider of digital lifestyle software which was later sold to Yahoo!. He has traveled extensively and is an eager student of the cultures he experiences. He speaks Russian, Spanish and German, is an Eagle Scout and serves on the boards of directors of the Sam Houston Area Council of the BSA and Lemonade Day - Houston. He was educated in Business Administration at the University of Houston.
