Victor is a current undergraduate computer science student at Rutgers University. Although he's only 19 years old, he teachers the Advanced Placement Computer Science course at the high school he graduated from.

He is the developer and co-founder of DriveSafe, an app originally designed for Google Glass, as well as the author of the book Elementary Android App Development. His work is visible on the Google Play Store and GitHub. When he was 17, he applied for his first patent on a novel image feature recognition algorithm.
