Victor Kubli

Attorney Victor Kubli began his career at Holmes, Schwartz and Gordon, P.C., where he gained experience in research and writing for federal contract litigation. After more than a year with the firm, he transitioned to the Law Office of Alan M. Grayson, P.C., and eventually became a named partner at the civil litigation firm. During his time with Grayson, Victor Kubli served as either lead or co-counsel in many complex civil cases in federal and state courts.

In 2013, Mr. Kubli established his own practice in Germantown, Maryland, the Law Office of Victor Kubli P.C. In addition to serving as lead counsel in a variety of cases in the United States District Courts and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, he represents clients in federal bid protests before the U.S. Government Accountability Office. Recently, he achieved a successful resolution for a plaintiff in a $300 million federal court case. Victor Kubli also obtained a seven-figure judgment after trial in a complex international dispute decided in the U.S. District Court in New York City.

Victor Kubli is licensed to practice as an attorney in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He holds a juris doctor from Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City.
