He is an advocate of the 8th sustainable development goal of the united nations which currently gives him the opportunity to serve as the West Africa director for Truthsprout Global Network.

He is also the executive director of Gemscastle holding company, a family company that invests in real estate, oil and gas, power, housing and hospitality as well as fintech.

Victor is an experienced leader, a certified life coach, and neurolinguistic programmer; using modern applied psychology to transform the lives of young people.
