I’m Victor, the strategist behind Observer. I work with Shopify store owners to uncover the gaps that can stand between a good store and a store that actually performs.

My approach starts with observation. I look at your store from the perspective of a real customer, examining its structure, user experience, product presentation, trust signals, visibility, and conversion journey. The goal is to understand not only what your store looks like, but what your visitors experience when they arrive.
Over the years, I’ve worked with Shopify stores at different stages, from building and structuring stores from the ground up to identifying overlooked issues in existing stores and creating practical strategies for improvement.

I believe growth shouldn't begin with more traffic. It should begin with making sure your store is ready for the traffic you already have.
