Victor Ponomarchuk

He co-founded the KMT group of companies in 1991. He is the co-owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of LLC "ALS ­ Terminal" (Moscow). He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors for VIOIL Holding S.A., since June 24, 2011 and Director since March 30, 2011. He obtained a degree in Automatic Control Systems from Vinnytsia State Technical University in 1979 and a Ph.D. in Automatic Control Systems from Moscow State Technical University N.E.
