My name is Victor Ray Natera, and I serve as the Regional Director of Operations at CLR Builders. I have built my career by working hard, learning from every opportunity, and staying committed to helping teams succeed. I started working at 16 in the restaurant industry, where I learned the value of discipline, leadership, and customer service. Over time, I advanced into management roles before moving into construction operations, where I found my passion.

Today, I oversee day-to-day operations, inspections, and government construction projects, including work connected to U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs contracts. I supervise multiple supervisors across different regions and focus on building strong teams through training, communication, and accountability. I believe that following up, developing people, and making quick, positive decisions are essential parts of effective leadership.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching NFL football and cheering for the Washington Commanders. I also volunteer at monthly breakfasts for veterans, helping set up, serve meals, and give back to those who have served our country.
