Victor is founder and director of INITIA EDUCATION, based in Southern California, where he and his team provide Academic Success Coaching in-person and online. We coach bright students who are struggling with time management by teaching them proven systems to empower them to thrive in school and in life.
Initia provides superior test preparation for exams including: ACT, SAT, APs, SAT-IIs, HSPT and ISEE and more. We teach lifelong learning methods such as growth mindset, speed reading, Cornell notes, and high-performance metacognitive skills. We work with students from middle school through college, including those with diagnoses such as ADD/ADHD, general anxiety disorder, and cognitive processing disorder.
Our students have earned admission and scholarships to competitive universities such as Stanford, UC Berkeley, USC, Carnegie Mellon, and Boston College.

As a film producer, Victor's recent projects include the feature documentary BIG DATA: PREDICTING SUCCESS (produced by) and the 10-episode CREATOR ACADEMY series on video production techniques, commissioned by YouTube Inc.
He collaborated with Steven Wasserman (CEO, Hachitan Entertainment) on the documentary AMERICAN HEROES about Nisei WWII soldiers awarded the Congressional Gold Medal, now on exhibit at the Smithsonian Institution.
Victor's 2014 spy thriller THE DANGLE (produced by) has won Best Short Film, Best Cinematography, and Best Comedy at several international festivals. In 2012, he and Wasserman created the award-winning online series GENERIC GIRL, a 10-episode action-comedy send-up of comic book characters.
Prior project clients include Nitto Publishing/Toyo Tire Holdings, Sony, and University of Southern California.
