The co-founder and initiator of IMDRealities, a social organization that has trained undergraduates, student organizations, corpers and has increased focus on human capacity building and entrepreneurship development.

As a social entrepreneur, he has worked and coordinated projects for local and international organizations, some of which are: youth advantage initiative, inxpire lead 360 academy, YGC Africa, Eden Oau, The Prenuer, The successors , student for liberty, Asejere, an initiative of US consulate, to mention a few.

He has equally received training from Daystar Leaership Academy, Lead 360 Academy, African Regional Youth Crime and Development Center, Project Management Professional Institute, Student for Liberty and so on.

Tolu Taiwo is passionate about how infrastructure and urban development affect economic institutions and the social life of people. He is building a career in real estate and social infrastructure development. His wildest dream and vision is to become African foremost real estate and infrastructure developer.

He has worked with notable construction and real estate development companies who have contributed to the growth of infrastructure development and solved housing deficit in Nigeria, with examples such as Niyi Oyeks Limited, Cyrou Investment Limited, Gran Imperio Group, House of Oduduwa Resources Limited. He presently works with TollyTalty Development, a construction and real estate service delivery firm.

As a trained civil engineer and a social entrepreneur, he believes that the key to driving the growth and development of small scale industries, that will progressively aid internal micro economic development is a deliberate focus on investing in human capital and infrastructure development of a nation. To this course, he will continue to dedicate himself.

Tolu-Taiwo plays the guitar and an avid fan of jazz music, he led an amazing music band Da’riverside Band while in school as an undergraduate. If he is not in the court playing tennis he would probably be in his solitude (a nature inspired environment) to reminisce, write and reflect as a choice of relaxation.
