I am Human Resources professional. I view my self as a strategic partner that will offer solutions to problems.

Previously I have held positions with responsibilities in Human Resources, Benefit Administration, and HRIS. In these positions I have demonstrated the ability to communicate with different levels of staff, train, employee relations, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. I bring strong computer proficiencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS systems. I am also bilingual in Spanish.

I would love the opportunity to connect with other HR professionals to share ideas, issues/resolutions, and just the pain points we go through in HR.
