I am Indian Editorial & Documentary photographer based in Abu Dhabi, I began freelancing as an editorial and commercial photographer, my recent work, inexorably drawn to feature different aspects of belonging, identity and community. My approach to portraiture privileges the subject’s experience and stresses the relationship between people and their environment. Currently pursuing Diploma in Photography Project conducted by World Photo Press, Noor Images, Danish Media and Journalism at Amsterdam.
My photographic submissions have caught the attention several times.
Shortlist in Renaissance Photography Prize, exhibited in Getty Image, London, Beyond the Portrait , GPP Dubai And received an honourable mention for in year of 2017,2016 International Photography Award (Editorial Series) and Performance Award in Humanity Photography Project conducted by UNESCO & China, Black Wall Gallery Oregon Portland, Motiff Collective, Photo Travel Awards, she was one of finalist in the Julia Margaret Award Portrait category and invited for photographic exhibition in Berlin. Beyond winning a number of local UAE competitions, her deft photographic captures has been appreciated at the Group Photography Exhibition organized by Abu Dhabi Tourism and & Culture and at the Emirates Photography Exhibition, Abu Dhabi.
