Vigan N. Qorrolli

Vigan Qorrolli is teaching The European Union Law, Theories of International Relations, and International Organizations at the Faculty of Law of the University of Prishtina. In addition, he currently serves as a Legal Adviser (previously as Chief of Staff) to the Cabinet of the Deputy PM and Minister of Justice in the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.

From January until June 2013, he has been as a Visiting Scholar/Researcher at the American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., as part of Junior Faculty Development Program - a Program of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the United States Department of State.
He is pursuing his Doctoral studies at the Karl-Franzens University of Graz in Austria, in the field of International Law (Doctor iuris). In addition, he holds a Master’s degree from the Corvinus University of Budapest in Hungary (2009), whereas his Law degree (J.D. equivalent) he earned at the South East European University in Macedonia (2007). His past experience includes that of Head of the Public Relations Office (official Spokesperson) at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo. In the period from 2005 to 2007, he has been a Editor-in-Chief of the University Magazine “Euroidea” at SEE University.

He is currently the Secretary of the Department of the International Law and Secretary of the University Law Journal “E Drejta/Law” at Faculty of Law of the University of Prishtina. He is the author of one book and several academic papers on the fields pertaining his interests.
