I really enjoy the "people factor" - building and nurturing relationships, working with partners and customers alike that bring benefits to all parties at the table.

Getting to know people, understanding their business needs and objectives and then coming up with solutions that meet and exceed their expectations is a talent I am most proud of and hopefully the one that people appreciate the most.

Telecommunications and the way we communicate has changed remarkably over the past 20+ years. I've been lucky enough to have worked in this industry during some revolutionary concepts including GSM, IP-Telephony, Web-based communications, Smart Devices and so much more.

Along the way I've managed to get acquainted with a few cultures, learnt about history, picked up some languages and appreciated the diversity in the way that different cultures do things.
